New Pic/ need second sugery/ opinions please

After waiting 18 I finally had the surgery done this may. In my opinion the surgeon didn't remove enough gland. I felt this way from day one being that the glands he remove looked exactly the size of a clam on a half shell. I new it had to be bigger, he did lipo as well. One month before my wife had Breast implants and a tummy tuck with the same DR and her results are fantastic, so at least I know he is good but very frustrating to have to do it again. Makes me wonder why it wasn't done right the first time!  Cant wait to see if he looks for more money after the money I have already dropped between my wife and I. wouldn't surprise me!

its hard to tell without seeing a before picture, but I would have to agree that he could have took more out.  Whether it be gland of adipose tissue, something is still there...

dont mind but r u crazy??? it looks fine. i do agree that some more glands should have removed.but it looks ok.

Thanks for the positive feed back. I want it all removed otherwise its gonna drive me crazy thinking could it look better. I dont want to think about it anymore, you guys know how self concious you are with gyno from taking your shirt off to putting one on!

Chest looks absolutely fine ... and with all them tatoo's I doubt any one will even look at your nips!!

it looks fine buddy.  just work out the upper chest and shoulders.  no one can notice then..

Can i ask what Doc did your surgery? Your results look just a little better than mine. And like you i am a bit unhappy. I think he could have removed more of the gland, and on one side i have alot of scar tissue, which has left me thinking that the results could look alot better.

You have  a perfectly normal chest that no one would look twice at, though yes, while he was in there he could have taken out a bit more of the gland.

For some reason the last two days my chest feels alot less swollen , dont know if scar tissue went down or glands just not puffy these couple of days. dont know if this is common but pre surgery some days my chest would get so swollen and puffy it would hurt , felt like I wanted to just rip the glands out of my chest. heres a pic of my chest I feel it looks better

Yeah, it looks like you have just a bit left.  Have the doc take it out under local anasthetic.  It is very easy and he should do it for free.  You drive to the office, have the procedure, then drive home twenty minutes later.
