Tensor bandage driving you nuts??

Go get an Ab Binder online or from your local medical supply store!!

I'm 7 days post op and my PS told me that I had to keep my chest wrapped in a tensor bandage for at least 2 weeks.  I couldn't handle it anymore! So uncomfortable, kept slipping down and pulling, I would wake up early in the mornining in a tangled mess!  A real pain in the ass to take off and put back on.  I had to iron it everytime so it would go on straight.

Bought the ab binder yesterday.  $35 bucks.  Real easy to put on and take off.  The velcro holds it nice and tight so that it doesn't move around anymore and the compression is way better.

I highly recommend it!
