New York Insurance Coverage
A 2007 New York appellate court case, Schulman v. Group Health Incorporated, has been brought to my attention.  In it, a NY family won an intermediate court decision that their son's surgery was reimbursable.  A family member had surgery for gynecomastia a few years ago, and our insurance claim was, of course, denied. 

Anyone know if this case, or any others in NY, have brought about a change of policy by insurers regarding this procedure?
