Oops, I wasn't clear that I'm now 24! Not 14! But since 14 I've had this... let me know

Since I was about 14, I've had a larger chest. I am in average shape, running and occasionally working out, but never regularly. People have recently started complimenting me thinking that I've been building up my pecs since they seem to getting bigger - But I RARELY work out my chest and know that this is NOT muscle! What do you guys think? I've included photos with and without flash so you can see more contour with shadows. You can really see what I'm talking about on the ANGLE photo. Thanks!

Here are the pics - and if anyone has gone to a surgeon in the San Francisco / Los Angeles / California area, please let me know if you recommend anyone. Thanks guys.

surgery isnt really an option at 14, as there is a chance it will come back. i can see the gyne but the reason its there is due to an imbalance in hormones, your money would be better invested in seeing an endocrinologist to check your hormone levels and hopefully ultimately fix them and your gyne.

the gyne may even go away by itself, surgery should not be considered until you're 19+.

As stated wait till you finish puberty. Really isn't more than an extremely mild case at worst.

ektachrome160 - Your chest is completly normal. In fact it looks quite muscular.

You do not have ANY sign of Gyn. You have absolutly nothing to worry about.

Dude, I WISH my nips looked like that. Im not trying to doubt you or the way you feel about your chest. Honestly though, you look normal bro. I would just start exercising and eating better if I were you.

I started off with one like that and it went away in a matter of months. Then all of a sudden I got the one on my left chest. I've had it for 8 years. Only on one chest. Dr. said it's usually rare to just have one and the other normal. IMO - I think you should wait till about 20 years old and then do the surgery. I was about 14 when I first went to the surgeon or what not. And they simply said that it will go away. Yea - b/s - Just wait till all your hormones chill and get it taken out. Most of the operations never come back unless they leave bumps or what not in there then you will have to get another surgeon. Find a good surgeon that will do the right job the first time. Hope this helps. - Mind.tfk
