Post-Liposuction Swelling

I had lipo-alone 3 weeks ago. When I first took off my compression vest the day after the surgery, the results looked amazing! My chest was basically completely flat. Now 3 weeks later, it seems that it is back to looking the way it was before the surgery. I'm assuming it is swelling. Has anyone else had this sort of experience? I know swelling is supposed to last anywhere from 3-6 months, but it is just very disconcerting to see results regress.

I am 3 weeks post op from lipo only with 1 litre removed. Like you, straight after surgery they looked great then by week 2 they had swollen to original size and gone hard. Now in week three the hardness is disappearing bit by bit and leaving what looks to be a great result. Things change day by day.

i had a similar experience, i think tho i also gained a few kg in the recovery period when i couldn't exercise and ate a bit more for comfort. now i lost a couple of kg and prob starting to gain a little muscle the results are obvious.
