Puffy nipples

So ever since i was about 12 or 13(I am 16 now) I have had puffy nipples, they are fine when irratated or cold and get hard, but normally they are pretty puffy. It is embarrasing to wear just t-shirts in general so I usually just wear hoodies. Maybe I am just really self concious, but I heard this is causes by estrogen, or something like that and i might have gyno.  Anyway, some input would be appreciated.

Yeah.. the main thing is my nipples protrude when i wear t-shirts and wifebeaters, and I dont know really anyone else with that problem, and I'm not fat or anything so I am pretty much clueless :/

i don't think you have gynecomastia, big nipples maybe, but that doesn't mean gyne....

You wanna see puffy nipples? I should post mine...they protrude 3cm's. I can't even wear solid colored hoodies because they show through even that. It sucks.

yeah dude u look normal, u should do some benching though, your chest isnt very developed.
