Had surgery today, few questions, please help

Ive been searching around the forums for this questions but havent found answers yet and its already 3:00am an had surgery like 10 hours ago.

I took a glimpse at my chest and its much flatter, but not as i expected, the doc removed gland and did some lipo, although he said that gland was minimal. My nipples are not puffy but theyre still big, will they become smaller on theyre own? or should they be smaller by now? I also dont see my chest as tight as i thought it would look, is this normal? I think they have the same shape but smaller...

Sorry if the questions are dumb, but im really concerned.

Take it easy man, you have to wait to see your results; now your chest area is certainly swollen and it's appearence certainly will improve day by day: healing is a quite long process.
