I prefer a technical approach to minimize bruising and bleeding after surgery.  None of my patients have ever needed such aids for my results.

Had my surgery 2 weeks ago and I took the tablets under the recommendation of my doctor for the first week or so.  My bruising was pretty much gone after ~10 days.  Of course, I have no idea what my recovery would have been like without it.
