QUESTION ABOUT DR. BENITO'S METHODS

This is really for the people who have used Dr. Benito for both liposuction and gland removal. I had the consultation in London and can't remember the exact method that Dr. Benito says he uses for gland removal. I know he does everything through one very small excision but I can't remember how! His method is quite advanced I believe compared to some other surgeons who do 2 separate incisions. Please let me know as I have surgery booked for next month. Thanks very much.

He uses long scissor things on the gland and a lipo cannula. Someone said here that they are usually used for trimming cartilege, the incision is very small.

Thanks, I actually e-mailed him directly too and he replied calling the instrument he uses for the gland a 'shaver' used for trimming cartilage, sounds clever.
