Size and hardness difference

I had the surgery about 2.5 weeks ago and am concerned with the size difference im seeing. Its not ultra noticable, but the right one is slightly larger and more squishy than the left, which feels rock hard. Is this something that time will get rid of or is it most likely a revision? The day or two after surgery, only the left one was bruised while the right was clear.

rock hard = scar tissue which is normal and will lessen naturally over time.

It is way too early to think revision. Wait 2.5 more months atleast.
