It can do... depends what type of gyne you have. Apparently if you have pain in you're gyne - it can mean that the gland is growing. Dont take my word for it however, im no expert.

The question of pain comes up regularly.

The breast area can be quite sensitive, even in men without Gynecomastia.

Pain is a different matter. Pain should send you to the Doctor!  No matter where the pain is, you should see a doctor and try to find the cause.
