I am not like Dr or anything but I think urs all it is is fat because urs isint pointy but again im not Dr

Understand that everyone's scale will be different...  Im particularily picky, and my gyn before surgery would have been rated very low by others, however I rated it a 10.  If it bothers you enough to effect your life, then it's a 10 and you need to do something about it.  With that being said, I would rate yours pretty high on the scale, however I have seen worse.  I would do something about it if it were me.
