Looks like a puffy nip, only in the one with bad light, it is the sort that might recede on its own, depending on how long you had it. The rest looks good, I have to give it a 1/10, minor case.

Minor case, I'd wait a bit before getting worried. If it is gyne now, it is hardly noticeable for me (IMO).

similar to what mine looked like before surgery - If it were me, I'd give it a 10.  Of course people who have worse gyn will rate it lower.  If it bothers you bad enough, it's a 10.
