My day of reckoning is here...
In about 10 minutes, I'll be leaving the house to go to hospital for my surgery.

Going to The spire in North west london.

Best of luck to you, I have mine down on friday.  You'll be absolutely fine and I hope you get the results you hope for.  Just think, you'll be recovered and ready to walk around with your shirt off for the summer!

you assumed wrong mate. thanks for the warm words% and best of luck for friday. im on my phone in my hospital bed. still got the compression vest on% but fingers crossed it looks like hes done a good job. painkillers have helped a lot!
