Rate my problem - Pls help

Dear All,
Last week I came acroos this wonderful site. I need your comments about my problem. Pls find the pics below:

I have visited Sagar apollo In bangalore. My doc was Tilak, I was not happy with the way he had discussed with me. He told me that it will cost around 30k. He also offered me that he can remove the fat around my tummy, it will cost another 30k (I have not asked anytime abt my tummy). Then he offered me that he will reduce the price by 10-20k if I go for both. I felt that he was more interested in making money than explaining the problem. So I dropped the plans of operation.

But after going to thru so many inspiring posts now I have decided to go for surgery. I think after seeing my pics u wil understand my situation.

hi m8, i also have gyno, i am gonna come to chennai to surgery ,

since some members over here have done surgery frm Dr.K.Ramachandran in chennai

i have emailed him my pics, hoping to get my dad convinced about it now

make sure he makes a incision and removes the gland , cause only liposuction wont help your cause
