Excision only surgery will need a revision - I have a large chest

My chest is quite large, I'll try to get some pics up if needed.  I went through surgery about 3 months ago and while it looks much better I feel as if the lack of lipo kind of screwd my results.  My chest doesn't sag, though it's not exactly all muscle or anything; the whole chest is just big; no point anymore (since the gland was taken care of)

I assume my condition is a mixture of gland and fat (pseudo gyne), so can this be easily taken care of with lipo?  I believe my doc does revisions for free, I haven't brought it up yet.

Id rather have a fat issue than gland issue that is for sure. Lipo will do the trick brother.
