Interesting saying.  The one thing on my mind is the lack of liposuction that was performed.  I'm not a super lean kid who only had gland on the chest which is why I was quite baffled. 

So I don't really expect him to go in for gland removal (unless there is still gland), but hopefully for liposuction.

Update:  I'll be calling my PS on the next office hours and will ask to meet about a revision.  Just the thought of dropping 6.5k on a surgery that I'm not super happy about makes me sick to my stomach and it would be stupid of me not to ask for a revision, even if there is a small fee (although revisions are free from my PS I believe). 

Many people have said it looks fine but I think it's dumb to just go on with life feeling so-so about my chest when in actuality I know it can be much better. 

I think my PS and I underestimated the amount of fatty tissue and/or gland on my chest, there's no way that my chest is really that muscular because I can feel a lot of fatty deposits. 

I have also managed to lose 7 pounds (from 170-163) which I'm very very happy about, and it's been a pretty noticeable difference.  Not to mention I continue to put up numbers in the gym so I know my muscle mass has gone up too.  My chest is really the one bodypart that hasn't really changed with my weight loss.  I will however continue to lose weight, not just for the purpose of my chest but so I can get to a low enough body fat to be able to see my abs.

I'll be calling my doc on Monday to schedule a revision consult and if all goes well I hope to schedule it before the school semester begins.

I honestly think that you could take out more fat from your chest, you do have big chest muscles but for some reason it looks as if there is fat on the bottom of your chest, and remember you do what you think its right. Dont depend on peoples comments here about decision making, if you feel something can be done to make you feel better then go for it!

I'm definitely sure there can be more fat to be taken out.  I wish I could find my camera to show how my chest will looks normal compared to how it looks flexed.  When I flex my chest I seem to develop this fattier upper chest whereas the area around my areola is hard (flexed muscle).  It's weird and if I find my camera I'll show it.

I just called my doc for a follow-up for Wednesday and I'm just going to flat out tell him that I'm just not happy.  My nipples are puffy and I still have to watch what I wear because my chest still sticks out through all shirts. 

I understand a lot of people would be satisfied with results such as mine, but when you are so dedicated to lifting weights and exercise it's just a drag to still have a large fatty chest.

I really hope the doc will cooperate with me on Wednesday, we just have to wait and see.  Before I've *mentioned that I may still have too much fat on my chest, but this time I'm going to be a little more straightforward and tell it like it is (in the nicest way possible of course)

Update: Well I visited my doc and I told him that I wasn't too happy with the results.  I was surprised that he was really sympathetic with me and he even told me he would do it (and only charge for the anesthesia) but that he wasn't sure if it was the best idea.  He told me to wait on it and to keep in touch and come back in a couple of months.

I actually walked out of there happy because I came into the office a little intimidated to bring it up but he was surprisingly very nice about it.  I don't think he's lying to me, he says my pectorals muscles are just phenomenally big, but lipo may be a possibility. 

So we're going to wait and see, drop some more BF and see how it goes in a few months.  He did ease my mind some, which was good, and I'm glad I visited him.

There are a lot worse problems than having phenomenally big pec muscles.  I'm glad you feel better about the situation.  Sounds like your doc handled it well.  Once again, I think you look great.  Many guys work out for years and never build muscle bulk like that.  And from your postop pics, it really looks like muscle bulk, not fat.  Congrats.

How long did the swelling last before it went down??? I had the same thing done to mine and its been 2 weeks and it still swollen and my nipples are puffy from it and it looks like i still have the gyno.

Swelling lasted a good 1-2 months approximately.  There's a lot of waiting to be done after getting gyno surgery; it sucks but you just gotta wait for the body to heal

Yeah I hope its just swollen and not going to be puffy forever. I had the same exact procedure done to me and its just my nipples still look the same. I hope mine come out as good as yours have.  would leave yours be. you never know what the next out come could be..
