A QUICK QUESTION

Hi Everyone, I am 4th day Post-Op.  I will post pictures after my post op visit with Dr. Fielding.I noticed that my left chest looks bigger than my right. Could you guys clarify why is this so?

Typically, if more gland/fat is removed on one side, there will be more swelling compared to the other side.  It's really nothing to worry about...they should even out in a few weeks or so.

It could just be some swelling differences.  You really need to be patient and make you're final judgement on the procedure after a few months of healing.

I had the same doc. I realized the problem before I even checked out. It was just swelling. He adjusted the vest and within 2 days it looked better. Keep in mind you need to sleep on your back to keep the selling even. That can be a pain in itself.
