What could this mean? I have this on one side and I just had gland excision. It looks normal otherwise, is this just necessary to keep it flat the rest of the time? also, where should i go to post pictures

It means that your PS made a slight 'over-correction'. Hey, it happens to the best of them (PS's I mean). I have the same on both sides... It's no biggie tho...  ;)

I think it's pretty common after gland excision.  No big deal as far as I'm concerned since the positives of surgical correction vastly outweighed any negatives.

Try webshots.com or do a Google search... there's lots of image hosting sites....
