pre-op swelling?
can the gyne gland ever get swollen if it is ever punched or hit hard? and make it look bigger? (my girlfriends breasts looked bigger the other day and she said cuz they are swollen and they hurt)

that's hormonal, bro. Just like when a woman gets pregnant their breasts swell and grow due to the influx of estrogen and other hormones preparing for pregnancy.
