Freaking out about surgery! advice PLEASSEEE

My surgery is scheduled for this Tuesday and its liposuction only! The Liposuction+Excision surgery is the same price but the doctor has recommended lipo only; I'm concerned about this as it seems like lipo only results are usually not up to snuff. I don't have a severe case of gyne and am wondering if liposuction alone would be adequate?? Here are the pics.

probably no ... can you feel lumps underneath the areolas?? if u can you need excision

Are your nipples stimulated in those pictures or do they look like that all the time?  Typically, people with a decent amount of glandular tissue have puffy nipples.  You do not.  Lipo only does work for some people, not all, but some. It may work for you...hard to tell though.

The thing is that you don't look overweight.  It looks to me as though you have evenly dispersed gland forming a cone shape at the nipple.  My quick very unprofessional opinion: find a new doc

Many gyne guys are overweight...  from lack of participation. Which, is understandable.
