Well I myself have gyne and fat, just my looking into the mirror when my nipples are puffy if you turn to the side you can see the perfect "female" type shape of your chest.

My brother had a lot of fat on his chest, about the size of a normal 19 year old female, like cup A or so...then he started exercising and lifting weights running and so on and he burn up the fat, now all he has is gyne left.

about 2 years ago I lost almost 45lbs of fat and my chest fat burned up too pretty nicely, but then I got fat again (idiot) and now I have bigger chest, but Im losing weight again before my surgery.

Grandpa and Paa-Paw are 100% correct.

It really doesn't matter what the gland to fat ratio is. The bottom line is it will require an experienced gyno surgeon to correct it. Even the surgeon won't know how much is fat and gland until its all over.

You can seek the opinions of 10 physicians, and you will get 10 different answers. Its all a guess.

It never hurts to get in shape before surgery, but I personaly have yet to witness anyone get rid of gyne with diet and exercise.

I've been doing a strict diet for 3 months . I lost about 10 Kg since then and about a month ago I started working out too and doing cardio trainings and so far I'm very satisfied with the results. I'm not hoping for gyne to disappear with training I just try to get the best before surgery (plan it in 3-4 months). With the weight loss and the work out my gyne looks definitely better. My breasts aren't hanging anymore but they are pointing forward - It looks actually more ridiculous now with clothes on but as I meantioned I dont want to solve the issue only by this, just help the doc and maybe make the process a bit less expensive
Anyway, I encourage anyone with obesity related gyne to do so. It's really worth it.
