Post surgery help

Hey all! I was a member a while back before i had my surgery done but i forgot my username :p

So i went through with the surgery and i am in the best shape i have been for years! My man boobs are no longer there.

But the problem is i have terrible scarring around both nipples. It is very noticeable and since summer is coming i would like to take off my shirt but still feel uncomfortable.

Any advice on how to remove the scarring?

It is not a flat scar, but a bumpy scar.
