Can I walk out myself right after surgery????

Hi guys,

I'm 28 and have been with gyne for as long as I remember.. finally want to get rid of it but really want it to be done discreetly.

So I'm just wondering if I can go in myself and walk out and go home myself from the day of surgery??

Also how bad is the scarring and the pain that involves with recovering??

I don't know if you can say that I have a really bad form but I find that it's not too bad if I don't get lazy and bench press alot.


Also, can any Torontonians from Canada tell me how much it usually cost for this procedure to be done here???... ball park figure maybe??

Hospital staff prefer you to have a family member/friend escort you home. However, if you insisted on taking a cab home, I'm sure they couldn't keep you from leaving...

It's more of a 'discomfort' than pain.

Scarring... that depends on the surgeon's skill and technique, your body's ability to heal, post-operative care etc... etc...

If you are a Canadian (non Quebec) resident, then you can get it done for about $2000. With gov. assistance of course...

Yes... OHIP pays for excision and all hospital fees. The patient is on the hook for the lipo portion of the procedure.
