Hormone list for Endo
I'm going to see an endo soon and wanted to make sure I got all the tests I needed done.  Could you guys help me create a list of what should be tested when going to an endo?  I want to make sure I minimize the chance of this growing back.

Testosterone
Prolactin
Estrogen
SHBG
IGF-1

Haven't had the test done yet...I just wanted to make sure I knew what tests needed to be done before going.  I'm 21 with gyne for years now and will update with results, so hopefully some people here with the know-how can help me make sense of them.
