COMPREHENSIVE LIST OF HORMONE / BLOOD TESTS

Is there any Doctor that can provide a comprehensive list of blood tests a person with gynecomastia can have done to rule out any hormonal problems pre-surgery?

I know this is often considered not necessary but I don't mind paying for full testing just to be a hunded per cent sure! Some of the ones I have come across are below. It would be helpful to know if any of these are completely unnecessary or whether there are also other tests I have missed out.

• SHBG (Sex Hormone Binding Globulin)
• TSH (Thyroid Stimulating Hormone)
• HCG (Human Chorionic Gonadotrophin)
• Serum Dehydropiandrosterone
• Total testosterone
• Free Testosterone
• Estradiol
• LH (Lutenizing Hormone)
• FSH (Follicle Stimulating Hormone)
• Prolactin
• Thyroxine
• Oestrogen

I'm wondering if DHT  (dihydrotestosterone) would be a worthwhile test and if a low DHT allows more testosterone to convert to estradiol.
