Acute Pain During Contact & Menstrual Cycle

My wife is 34 & I am 36, married for 3.5 years.

For the past 1 year she has been experiencing acute pain during intercourse also prior and during her menstrual cycle. Also complains of white discharge.

We have been trying to conceive for the past 1 year but unable to.

She also has an inverted uterus.

Fertility tests for both are positive, still unable to conceive.

She had ovarian cysts, which have been removed with medication. Slightly swollen uterus wall prevails.

Please advise on what course of treatment should we adopt.
