5 Weeks Post OP Getting Worse

im 5 weeks post op and the scar tissue is getting pretty big. Is this guaranteed to go back to normal or can this now stay with me. Is it common to get kenalog shots? do they work?? thanks for info guys

sounds normal, although its hard to know what you mean by "pretty big", do you have pics of it?
5 weeks out is nothing. If its still there in 5-6 months, talk to your doctor about it.  In some extreme cases you can get injections to break it up, which, from what i've read on here is very effective.

mmmmmm it should be decreasing not increasing. You sure you are not having abnormal swelling? I would call the doc to be safe.
