How bad is my gyno?

I'm 42 and have gyno in my left nipple area, this was a result of a prescription medication that I took 12 years ago.  When this first appreared I was concerned that it could be breast cancer and have even had a couple of mamograms done in the past.  I have been living with this since then but, feel that it has actually gotten larger recently and this has now started to concern me enough that I'm thinking maybe surgery might be the way to go.  I would just like to receive others opinions and how bad it looks?
