help needed for endocrinology test

Hi all

I am 25 year old male, and have puffy nipples. I am going for an endocrinology test. Do you know which hormones to be tested in specific.

ACTH - Androstenedione - cortisol - DHEA sulphate - Estradiol - free testosterone - FSH - GASTRIN - Growth hormone - LH - Progesterone -
PTH, pyrilinks-d - testosterone & SHBC - total HCG -  TSH

just browsed through the blogs and shortened the list

LH, free testosteron with SHBG, prolactine, Estradiol, TSH,  FSH

how about Growth hormone is it required?? or any other hormone to be tested in specific?
