i need help for better chest

Good exercises for chest:

Bench Press
Incline Bench Press
Decline Bench Press
Cable Crossovers
Dumbell Press
Incline Dumbell Press
Dumbell Flies
Incline Dumbell Flies

Mix and match and find out what works best for you. I would recommend starting your workout with some nice light warmup sets of 15-20 reps. Then for the rest of your workout try doing sets in the 8-12 rep range. Your diet is very important for muscle growth. Bump up your protein alot and try to eat a balaned diet. Here's a sample chest workout:

Bench Press - 2 sets @ 20 reps  (nice light warmup get that blood flowing)

Bench Press - 2 sets @ 8 - 12 reps
Incline Dumbell Press - 2 sets @ 8 - 12 reps
Decline Bench Press - 2 sets @ 8 - 12 reps
Cable Crossover - 1 or 2 sets @ 12 - 20 reps

Thats just a sample workout. Try new exercises and different rep ranges and see how your body responds. You should also try to switch things up every few weeks. This might include switching the order or your exercises, doing higher or lower reps, incorporating new exercises, etc.

Good Luck Bro

just looking through your post your gyne was very similar to mine both before and my results are prety similar... trust me your chest looks great and as said it has a masculine look to it! i too had same doubts about my chest altough im only 4 weeks post op and know im know where near your 4 month post op stage but my chest is not flat either! .. look check out my pics man it might help relax you because its mostly just a mental thing i mean now and again say when im in d shower i look at my chest and convince myself i still have gyne or its growing back!! but then i just look at my pre op pics and compare them to my chest now! i might be a bit swollen i dont know lol.. but i personally know where your coming from your gyne was like the same shape as mine anyway here are the pics..

You're probably in that ultra sensitive mindset that we all get into sometimes. I wish I looked like that mate. Looks like surgery was perfect and you're very very lucky. The difference is just the pec muscles developing. Slow down if it scares you but I think it's what most people here wish they were born with.

thanks  guys

and for the others who jumped on me i didnt apprecaite that. Gyne can be severe or small like mine but it affects people the same regardless mentally

MY gyne is something that is very sensitive to me. Ive been made fun of by my brother for a while about it and he does it infront of girls/ other people.

I recommend a 4 day routine that looks like this:

Day 1 - Back/Traps
Day 2 - Chest/Biceps
Day 3 - Rest
Day 4 - Shoulders/Triceps
Day 5 - Legs
Day 6 - Rest
Day 7 - Rest

(Do abs and calves whenever they're not sore)

It just looks like the result of scar tissue to me.  I have something similar and am also about 4 months post op.  The doctor checked it out and said it is scar tissue and will go away in a few months.
Surgery done 18th March 2008
