my chest is looking to flat ? my nipples are perfect but jsut my chest is way too flat is that normal , i kinda look anorexic now ?

Im one week. post op my chest too became totally flat. I talked to doctor. seems it perfectly normal. but you wont get the shape back for 3 months. got to wait
