i had surgery 4 months ago and my gyne came back already

will he bale to tell if its because of fat? Gland? ect ect?

Breast tissue very rarely re-grows -- especially in four months.  If you were satisfied with your initial appearance (even with the swelling), then the tissue you have now is probably some scar tissue/swelling residual combination.  Best advice:  massage and be patient.  Give it at least 6-8 months to settle down.  Then, if you still have some firm tissue there, ask your surgeon to consider some kenalog injections to soften the scar tissue and help it disappear.
