surgery in the uk?

hello im 28 looking to have surgery, need gland exision/lypo and also lypo of the axilla (underarm) ive had two consultations with local surgeons and neither have filled me with confidence ( i asked perhaps a few too many questions for thier liking and saw no before and afters and they were cagey on the ammount of gynecomastia surgerys they had done),
I thought after making the disision to have the surgery the hard part was over... but it looks like its just beggining
i feel id end up needing revisional surgery underarm...
delgardo in the states is very experienced from what i can gather, and is quite aggressive with his technique..i get the impression uk surgeons arnt up to it...am i ignorant,
i feel its a bit ott going to the states to have an opp i could have here but is it if its done correctly first time?
living with this problem all my life i want it sorted once and for all or not at all!
if anyone can shed any light on any uk surgeons or etc please help
