yeah dude, it looks like after surgery you'll be quite happy.  I hope the same for myself.  Something else I've heard is to just do your best to pace yourself.  For example instead of pushing too hard to run an extra mile everytime I'm at the gym, I try to keep myself from going overboard, and make sure its just about the same as the time before, maybe increasing time or distance only a bit.  I'm certainly not somebody who'd normally give advice on this, but the past month or two I've been taking this quite seriously, and we do have at least similar stomaches, and of course the chest probs.  This may just be the blind leading the blind, but it makes sense to me that if you start doing maybe 3 sets of 10 push ups per night, and maybe a set of crunches in between, you'll build your chest muscles a bit, and while you're arms are resting for a sec, you can work your abs?  Seems to be working for me.  I started that way, then just added pushups as I could handle em.  Hopefully soon 60 will turn into 100.

I hope so...I try to pace myself but I usually end up doing more than I planned on...

My usual gym workout is
45-60min Free Weights/Cables
40 minutes Plyometrics/Calisthenics
2 hours Cardio (mix of: elliptical/treadmill/stationary bike)

I've been slacking off on working out the abs, though..

Classic glandular gyne/puffy nips.  Good potential for surgical improvement IMO.

First, i'd just like to say that you seem to be a humorous guy which is cool, and helps a lot when you have gyn. I have a build similar to yours (fairly athletic) (maybe a little more slender). I had surgery almost a year ago and i am happy with the results. It's cool that you are going that route.

Hey danny,

Check out my post from last week:
http://www.gynecomastia.org/smf/index.php?topic=15306.0

Doing a lot of cardio and any kind of exercise that targets the upper and lower pectorals helps to get those pecs toned. I still have a ways to go with muscle gain, but a lot of my problem area (moobs) shrunk down to what is probably just gland hanging out under my nips.

Definitely keep at it. Can't guarantee you the same results, but you'll feel great and it will make you look better before and after the surgery. Who knows, maybe it will pay off, you'll like the way you look, and you won't need a surgery. It's all in how you feel.

Good luck with your routine. you look good.

Based on the second to last pic (from below), you've got gyne. Puffy nips, etc. You should be really happy if you go to a good, competent experienced surgeon and make sure you get gland excision and not just liposuction. Best wishes to you!!!

im your same height, though you're probably built way more than me. I wouldn't go lower than 180.

How did you lose all your weight? I'm getting tired of my diet (cottage cheese, yogurt, chicken breast, diet drinks and pretty much everything else in my fridge is no/lo carb)
