Puffy Nips

Hey guys..i got puffy nips and i m within the normal BMI..i will be turnin 18 in a couple of months..i used to obese but i have actually stuck to that earlier weight as i grew up..so should i lose more weight? should i wait for being 19 or 21 for surgery..started watching my diet a bit..and also doin sum chest excersises..any help would be appreciated..thanks in advance..

hey i had puffy nips to until i got them piericed.
no they are like normal and really sensitive

Sensitivity is not uncommon. At birth, the male and female breasts are alike even to the number of nerve receptors. Mens breasts can be just as sensitive as those of a woman. the sensitivity could range from from nothing to highly erotic and all would be normal. The same is true whether or not a man has Gynecomastia.

This is not the first I've heard of a man having his nipples pierced, It seems odd to me that a person would do something like that to call attention to their nipples. But you do what works for you is OK.
