what is a compression vest?

i hear this term chucked around all the time. sometimes people refer to it as something to be worn after surgery. others say it's to be worn to disguise gynecomastia.

which is it? or both?

Hi basically its a tank (wife beater) thats made from compression fabric. The post-op tyope has a zipper or velcro closure. The regular, daily use one is just a pull over like tank top. I use gc2compression vest every day . Take care.
