Stage 2 garment and after sergery exercise
Hi all

Could any body tell when I have to wear stage 2 garment??? I'm 2 weeks post surgery, how tight it should be??

Are their any exercises that we have to do after surgery?? if yes, what are these and when we have to start exercising?
