At first I thought you just had lypo just from the way your chest looked, but since you said that you also got excession, I think your results will last. It's just something about lypo alone that says insufficient to me. I don't know, my first surgery looked just like yours post op, then after 2 months, and after the compression vest, my nips puffed out again, and my contour became rounded again like a womans chest. After I had the gland removed, and lypo, (in which im still in recovery) I just feel and look different. I'm steal swollen, but the gland that was pushing out my nips is gone,a nd the lypo has sucked out the extra fat that was keeping my muscle from being shown. its like I have the best of both worlds, and all I have to do is be patient, wait for the swelling to go down, and exercise which will tighten my skin, and allow my pecs and chest muscles to show, rather than having a fit upper chest with the roundedness that comes with a remaining gland chunk circling my nip area. That circular gland which pushes out your nip also gives you that cone shape which is synonomus with a girls shape that we don't want. I think you've done the right thing by getting both done, and yes, your results will only get better. As for that muscle you think was cut out, don't worry..it wasn't the muscle that was cut out. Picture this..Your chest was full at first being pushed out by the gland. This makes the bottom of your chest uneven to the top part, so when you have lypo and gland excession, the bottom is brought down from the gland being gone, and the top will have the lypo to match and contour the top to look like the bottom. Now your gonna have swelling in both areas which will subside at different times, so it may look like you have holes in your chest or uneven areas, but that is most likely sweling subsiding at different paces as well as scar tissue which will subside in time..(you can also have keglog shots to get that done faster) You have done the right thing my friend and you will see what Im talking about in due time. So wait awhile and work your chest out with light reps, and you'll be grinning all the way to the beach. Also...Won't it feel great to finally be able to get that six pack and not worry about your chest sticking out? Your on the other side my friend, and don't let early worrys about recovery detour you from realizing that....
