getting rid of man boobs

I saw this video online and it seemed very convincing:

However, based on everything i have read here, it seems that man boobs will not go away with just exercise and dieting alone.  So basically, my question is...will the tips given in this video work??
Or, is surgery absolutely the only way out??

you have read correctly, it's more than seems.  if exercise or diet helps, it was never gyne in the first place.  and if you are worried enough to be reading these boards, chances are good you have the real thing.

I watched the video, it is good.

Well, it is good in that it has some really great information about improving a persons general health and physical condition.

Unfortunately, none of what was presented will get rid of Gynecomastia. In fact, we have heard from many men who found that their Gynecomastia became even more obvious when the breasts were perched upon a well defined muscle.
