Hey Guys,

Just thought I'd share something with you. I was out last night with some friends - some of whom I hadn't seen for a few months (which was before I had my op)

Most of those I hadn't seen in a while commented to me that I look really good and that my gym sessions had obviously been paying off, or that I looked a lot slimmer.

In reality I haven't been to the gym in quite a while, and my weight has gone up since I saw them last.

It's the surgery that has made all the difference: posture, clothes, confidence boost. Life post op is sweet.
