If one was to have sugery to have some fat and ALL glads removed, could gynecomastia come back? How about if one would start to use drugs that would cause gyno after all glads where removed? This person did not gain weight but was healthy and lifted weights.

As I understand it, It is not possible to remove all or the glandular tissue without leaving a deformity. The very small amount of glandular tissue that is left does not usually regrow unless it is stimulated by some means. Anything capable of causing Gynecomastia initially could cause a recurrance so you would need to be cautious about what you put into your body.
