I"VE BEEN THROUGH ALOT THE LAST 2 YEARS WITH RECOVER AND WORKING OUT.At first i thought my results were below standard and that i had a complication where the skin had adhered to my pec so i needed a revision to repair that.Not only did i have to go through 1 recovery but i went thruogh 2 recoverys.Now that i am fully healed and look back i still feel that my surgery was a success and i am really enjoying my new chest.But always being realistic with my expectations regards to surgery.

Crazy results man.  I'm not just talking about the chest, I'm talking about everything.  What type of training did you do to get such fast results from lifting?  I'm just curious because 9 months is really quick to get looking like that.  Nice job, your hard work has paid off ten fold.

I CUT OUT MOST JUNK FOOD MOST OF THE TIME,I EXERCISED WITH WEIGHTS AND CARDIO .IT IS NOW NO LONGER A DIET FOR ME IT IS A LIFE STYLE CHANGE MAKING GOOD PROPER NUTRITION CHIOCES AND EXERCISE REGULARY,I JUST RECENTLY STARTED P90X FITNESS PROGRAM ,I"M ON MY 9TH WEEK 4 MORE TO GO TILL I"M DONE.i HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT FOR ANYONE WHO IS SOME WHAT FIT TO TRY IT,IT WILL TAKE YOU TO THE NEXT LEVEL OF GOOD HEALTH AND FITNESS WHICH IN TURN YOU WILL DROP BODY FAT.MY BIGGEST MISTAKE IN THE PAST WAS TO CUT CALORIES TOO MUCH WHICH WOULD CAUSE MY BODY TO GO INTO A STARVATION MODE AND STORE MY BODY FAT AND USE MUSCLE FOR ENERGY,WHICH WAS WRONG ,IT WAS OPPOSITE TO WHAT I WAS TRYING TO ACCOMPLISH ALL THIS TIME.I NOW FUEL MY BODY PROPERLY GIVING ME THE ENERGY TO WORK OUT 100% EFFORT EVERYTIME AND BURN BODY FAT AND GAIN MUSCLE..I STILL HAVE A LONG WAY TO GO BUT I DID NOT GET THIS WAY OVER NIGHT SO I DON"T EXPECT TO GET THE BODY I WANT OVER NIGHT AS WELL.

what do you mean with skin adhered to the muscle. why does this happen?

it is a complication that can happen with surgery,it is when there is no enough fat between the muscle and the skin as well as not healing properly with doing the messages.

What did they exactly do on the second surgery?  Also, did you continue to loose "fat" and tighten your chest up when you were working out?

All the DR did the second time was release the skin from the muscle,and he did a little lipo as well.Yea through proper diet and exercise I was able to tone my chest further.I am in the best shape of my life right now i:ve been doing an extreme fitness workout called p90x and let me tell you if you follow the program you will get great results.

I'm 5 weeks post op and I'm having problems with the skin tethering where the incision for my surgery was made. Sounds similar to what you experienced. I'm worried that it's going to need revision. Can you give some more information about what was done on the 2nd surgery. How long after the 1st op? Did it require a general anaesthetic? How was your recovery after the 2nd op?
