Its not bad at all. I have a similar case, a bit more puffy though. They're not puffy when wet/cold.

It's hard to tell. Your nipples look cold. You should repost a picture with your nipples warmed up and in what you call the puffy state. Hope all is well. Later bud.

you are just like me. u can barely see it when you are cold but when they get wormed up the get big as hell. cant wear tight/ white tshirts..
