left pec swelled up after surgery

hey guys i had surgery 11 days ago and my left peck swelled up like 3 days after surgery it is the whole peck swelled pretty big and looks all bruised i only had puffy nipple so im a bit worried shoud my whole peck swell up?Please guys help me

It is not possible to make a long-distance diagnosis, but you may have had some bleeding either into the pec muscle or just on top of it.  I would recommend you return to your surgeon for an evaluation.  Perhaps it is possible to drain some of the blood.

thanks doctor jacobs well i went to the hospital to accident ad emergency and it was blood under the pec they have took some out but its too thick at the moment, so there going to take it out when my surgeon has a look on monday
