Flax Oils and Extra Virgin Olive Oil
I work out and was recommended to start consuming these two oils in small doses since they are essential fatty acids...they are good oils...was wondering if any of the two cause increase in gyne? I read that both actually increase testosterone.

No they can not increase your gyno, if anything it will help since you're working out..."I read that both actually increase testosterone"
