I'm not exactly happy with the results. The pictures do make it seem a bit better than it really is. Hopefully i'll be able to get my pre-op pictures in the next week or so from my surgeon but it doesn't look that much different, apart from my chest was a little pointier but the general size was the same. What do you guys think? I know it's hard to judge without my pre-op photos but my case was pretty mild, so i thought i would have a flat chest after the procedure.

Well I havent had the surgery yet..I hope i looked how u look now..and its only been 3 days? have patience..from wha i read it takes at least a couple of months for the real results to show..Just take it easy..Time will Tell..And you should b glad..Just 3 days and look like that..I wish..

I think i have very minimal swelling and it's looked like this a few hours after the op, which is meant to be the true results before the swelling and bruising kicks in. It's still quite tender and hard at the moment.

I'm about 11 days post op and the scars have improved quite a bit now but scar tissue is slowly starting to appear in places, not a lot though.

yo man i promise you, if you hit the weight room and gain sum poundage u will look 1000x better.

I'm planning too. Really want to get some abs and build my arms a little.  What do you think about my chest though?

your chest looks pretty damn flat to me bro. just hit the weights and food hard. Look up some different workout programs to get nice lean mass bodybuilding.com has tons of information for people of all levels and goals. work hard and youll be a ripped machine before you know it.

I still have a flabby belly, even though I'm pretty thin, i definitely need to work on my abs first, with a consistent cardio work out to burn that fat off and then i can start hitting some weights.

your chest looks flat to me.. nothing to worry i guess... if we see your pre-op pics, then we might be able to see the difference..

I'm 3 weeks post op and still have a crease on my left chest where he took more tissue out but it doesn't seem like my nipple caves in when i flex it or anything...Hopefully it will fill back out
