OHIP Help/Quest

To make a long story short. I've been paying for surgery ever since I was 18. When I was 18 I had the hard mass removed(gyno) . And payed out of my pocket.

AGE
18- $800 (excision)
22- $4000 (lipo)
24 -$1600 (revision)

Now yesterday I was thinking of how much money I payed and how much money I pay in taxes and so on. I started to get quite upset. HOW CAN THE GOV'T NOT HELP AN INDIVIDUAL LIKE ME SUFFERING. Not only psycally but mentally. I suffer so much... I think I have problems big ones from this flippin disease.

I want to try to get the $800 back for the excision I payed for about 6 years ago. Like a refund or something I feel the govt owes it to me. MY QUESTION IS

Does anyone know where I can start?? or the procedure or if I even have a chance...

BTW: the op was done in a private medical center but the mass was sent off to do tests on and came back negative for cancer I think...
