1month post-op CONCERNS (pics)

Today marks the 1month mark since my surgery.  I believe the surgery was a 'Mastopexy' because loose skin was removed following a 90+ lb weight loss.  He made incisions all the way around each areola.  I don't have any feeling in my left areola, a little bit in the right, but they are both still tender and when I push on the skin around them I still feel pain/discomfort.  The doctor has said that he will probably do more surgery on my left side since it's noticibly bigger than the right. 

I realize its still early, but my concerns are:

1) My right side (right side in the pic) looked almost perfectly flat the day of surgery (however it was covered in bandages), now theres some noticible sag, could this be swelling that will go away?
2) My areolas are still abnormally large and still seem puffy any chance that they will shrink? .. and they only get hard about 1% of the time now.. why?

19 years old, 6'3" tall, and 165lbs.  Btw.. i've been wearing a compression garmet for a little over 3 weeks now.
