How much compression
do you guys think the tighter the better???? or just a med compression is good?? Im starting the think that the tighter is better.... Any opinions?

Dude.....  Don't make it so tight that you start turning purple  :P. All you need is enough compression that the disturbed flesh is held together while it is healing.
